I'm Clay. Ex-superyacht officer, DAME award winner, and someone who got fed up with overcomplicated nutrition apps. I built FuelPlan because I needed it myself — a simple way to eat well, train consistently and lose weight without turning it into a second job. I publish my own weekly weigh-ins publicly. This is built in public, by someone using it every day.
