FuelPlan Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Clay Livingston, trading as FuelPlan Pro, based in York, United Kingdom. • Usage data including features accessed, session duration and pages viewed
• Crash reports and performance data to help us improve the Service
2.3 Health and fitness data
FuelPlan Pro collects health-related information including calorie targets, body weight, workout activity and nutritional data. This information is used solely to provide and personalise your experience within the Service. We treat health data with the highest level of care and do not sell it to third parties.

• Apple and Google: payment processing and app distribution is handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store under their respective terms and privacy policies.

FuelPlan Pro is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process or store payment card details directly. All billing is handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms of service. Subscription management including cancellation is handled through your device's app store settings.
8. Children's Privacy
FuelPlan Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
